Deposit on confirmation
A deposit of RM 500.00 (or USD 125.00) per pax is payable on confirmation of your booking. Deposits are transferable but non-refundable.
Air ticket payment
For packages that include airfare, the air-ticket portion must be paid in full before tickets are issued.
Payment milestones
A further amount of up to 50% of the tour fare becomes due 60 days prior to departure. Full payment is required no later than 30 days prior to departure.
Changes & downgrades
No changes — in particular reductions or downgrades of services — are permitted within 14 days of tour commencement. Earlier changes are accommodated where possible, subject to supplier availability.
Cancellation by the customer
Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before departure may be eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the tour fare, subject to terms and excluding cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 14 days before departure are non-refundable in full.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 30 days of approval and returned to the original payment account. See our Return & Refund page for the per-component fee schedule.
Cancellation by Liberty Golf
Liberty Golf reserves the right to cancel a booking or issue a refund (subject to applicable fees) where there is just cause to do so. Any such decision will be communicated to the customer in writing.
Passports, visas & entry
Customers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas and any required arrival documents (including the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card for foreign visitors) for the duration of travel.
Travel insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the responsibility of the customer. Tours do not include travel insurance of any kind.
Conduct on course
All members of your party are expected to observe local dress codes, pace-of-play guidelines and host-club rules. Liberty Golf may withdraw course access for conduct that brings the operator or host club into disrepute.
