Cancellation fees are calculated per component — per round of golf, per room night, and per tour vehicle. The tables below set out the standard fee schedule.

Per round of golf.
More than 8 days before the round
RM 30 – 50 per pax
Within 8 days, but more than 72 hours
RM 100 – 120 per pax
Within 72 hours of the round

More than 10 days before check-in

Processing & method.
Approved refunds take approximately 30 days to process. Refunds are returned to the account from which the original payment was received.

What is not covered.
The standard policy does not cover administration fees, special-promotion terms, arbitration fees, bank charges, currency-exchange losses, special conditions, deposit forfeiture (partial or whole) or any additional services fees.
